As most of you saw in Carolyn's FB post her last scan was "good" though Dr. Reddy wants her to resume at the end of the month for 2-3 more treatments. seems there is one lymph node that still shows a very little mount of growth and he (Dr.) wants to go after it. The scan also showed there is no new disease which is very good.
So in light of that news we decided to have an end of chem and end of winter party with neighbors and friends, turns out we all had a great time. Not sure if it's age or what but I was surprised how rough I felt this morning after 3 beers, very quickly becoming a tea totaler (sp?)
I'm about finished with some winter time projects, a porch swing for Ashley and Josh, and a couple of Adirondack chair/gliders.
Well after spending a few weeks looking for property/homes etc., after being advised we will not be allowed to build a log home here, we're still looking a two lots and will build "conventionally."
We found out last week that the developer here has sold out completely to another developer who has been partially involved here. That's great news... we think!?
Everyone is staying too busy, we're healthy and looking forward to summer plans, especially heading to Gilbertsville in July for the Alumni banquet, hard to believe it's been 40 years for me!
